Spin and Win Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions have been varied or amended as of 10 November 2021

NOTE:

  1. The following Terms and Conditions contain assumptions of risk and/or liability by you and limit and exclude liabilities, obligations and legal responsibilities which Mobile Telephone Networks (Proprietary) Limited ("MTN") and YellowDot Mobile NG (Proprietary) Limited ("YellowDot") together referred to as the ("Content Provider") will have towards you and other persons. These Terms and Conditions also limit and exclude your rights and remedies against the content provider and place various risks, liabilities, obligations and legal responsibilities on you. These Terms and Conditions may result in you being responsible for paying additional costs and amounts and the content provider may also have claims and other rights against you.
  2. To the extent that the Terms and Conditions or any goods or services provided under the Terms and Conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (the "Consumer Protection Act"), no provision of the Terms and Conditions are intended to contravene the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, and therefore all provisions of the Terms and Conditions must be treated as being qualified, to the extent necessary, to ensure that the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act are complied with.
  3. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Participation in this offer will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this offer.

    2. 1.1 Spin the Wheel is a web -based service that allows subscribers spin a spinning machine electronically to win prizes. Subscribers can spin based on subscription or on-demand. The subscription plans are N20 for 1 spins per day ,N50 for 2 spins per day,N100 for 3 spins per day, N200 for 4 spins per day

    1.2 Players register on the portal, select a subscription pack and are automatically given a wallet . The wallet can be credited via bank transfer, debit or credit cards, USSD, Pay Attitude, Barter etc to pay and play.

  2. Duration

    3. 2.1 The Service is available from November 2021 until the operator in their sole and absolute discretion elect to discontinue the Service

  3. Who is Eligible?

    4. 3.1 Service is available to all MTN Nigeria customers with a valid mobile number (“Players”).

    Winner Determination

    Wiiners spin and see what they win.

    Winners get notified via mail and get communicated to on how to get their prizes or cash.

    Unsubscribing:

    The service is basically on-demand, players can stop at any time.

  5. Prizes

    6. 5.1 Winners stand a chance to win the following prizes:

    Mobile Phone, Car, Human Hair
    Airtime

  6. General

    7. 6.1 Winners of cash prizes will be notified via email to send in their bank details or get their cash credited to their wallet.

    6.2 Cash prize winners will be credited within 24hrs after they might have shared their bank details or claim their cash via wallet system.

    6.3 Airtime winners get credited automatically.

    6.4 The spinning starts immediately after the user subscribe..

    6.5 The content provider reserves the right, at any time, to change these Terms and Conditions and any rules relating to its products and the Service, and to modify the Services at its discretion

    6.6 The content provider reserves the right from time to time to vary the charges of the Service as may be deemed necessary in its discretion.

    6.7 The content provider shall be entitled to terminate the Service of any Customer, if such Customer is involved in any fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity.
